1. Free Sample Policy

We provide free fabric swatches to qualified buyers to help you evaluate our fabric quality before placing a bulk order.

Sample cost: Fabric swatches are free of charge. No hidden fees.
Shipping cost: The buyer is responsible for international shipping fees, typically $25–$45 via DHL or FedEx depending on destination and sample quantity.
Sample size: Standard swatches are approximately 20cm × 20cm (8" × 8"). Custom sizes available upon request.
Processing time: Samples are prepared and dispatched within 3 working days after request confirmation.
Delivery time: 3–5 business days via DHL/FedEx international express.
Limitations: Up to 5 different fabric references per sample request. Larger sample quantities may require a nominal fee.

We offer flexible shipping options based on your order volume, urgency, and budget.

Transit time: 25–35 days to US West Coast ports (Los Angeles, Long Beach), 35–45 days to US East Coast ports (New York, Savannah).
Cost efficiency: Most cost-effective for orders over 500 kg. Estimated at $1.50–$3.00 per kg depending on volume and destination.
Minimum: Typically 1 CBM (cubic meter) or approximately 200–300 kg of fabric.
FOB terms: We handle loading and export clearance at the port of departure (Ningbo/Shanghai). Buyer arranges ocean freight and import clearance, or we can recommend trusted freight forwarders.

Transit time: 5–7 business days door-to-door to major US cities.
Cost: $5–$8 per kg, approximately 3–5× more expensive than sea freight.
Best for: Time-sensitive orders, fashion season launches, trade show samples.

Important information for international buyers:

Import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. Rates vary by country and fabric classification (HTS code).
USA import duties on woven polyester fabrics typically range from 8% to 17%, depending on the specific HTS classification. Additional Section 301 tariffs may apply.
Customs clearance requires a commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, and certificate of origin. We provide all necessary export documents.
Customs broker: We recommend working with a licensed customs broker in your country. We can connect you with trusted partners if needed.
Delays: Kaiji Textile is not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections or clearance procedures in the destination country.

Quality guarantee: Every fabric roll is inspected before shipment. We provide pre-shipment photos and inspection reports upon request.
Defective goods: If fabric does not match the confirmed specifications or has manufacturing defects, we will replace or refund the affected quantity. Claims must be submitted within 14 days of receipt with photographic evidence.
Color variation: Minor shade variations (±5%) between production and lab dips are industry standard and not considered defects.
Buyer's remorse: Returns due to change of mind or incorrect ordering (not our error) are not accepted for custom-produced fabrics.
Third-party inspection: We welcome and support third-party pre-shipment inspection (SGS, Bureau Veritas, Intertek) at buyer's cost.
